Available for viewings 7 days a week by appointment (we conduct all viewings ourselves where possible).  In advance of any viewings, we ascertain the prospective purchasers status ie does he have a house to sell, is he a cash buyer, does he have a mortgage offer in place? 

We follow up on all viewings and report back to you regularly and give you straight forward answers to any questions, you will be surprised how refreshingly easy we are to deal with.

When an offer is made on a property, we liaise with purchaser and vendor, surveyors and solicitors.  This is where we provide real value for money in negotiating the best deal for you.

You can choose to pay either a one off up front marketing fee or a percentage based fee on the sale price.

Preparing your property for sale

Here are some helpful hints and tips on how to best prepare your property for sale.  Prospective purchasers can easily be put off by badly presented properties.  A few hours of preparation at the beginning can pay dividends in the end.

Kerb Appeal

Ensure your property looks appealing from the outside - remember first impressions really do count.  Cut the grass, weeds the borders, clean the windows and if necessary touch up the woodwork and paint the shed.  Clear all rubbish from the garden.

Homely Touches

Present your home in it's best possible light - viewers will want to look around a bright, clean and tidy house.  De-clutter as much as possible, make beds, wash up and maybe even have a vase of fresh flowers on display.  Make your house look loved and hopefully the viewers will fall in love too!
